How to lose weight with a little change of your life style

 

There are many reasons why people want to lose weight, but for most probably to make us happier. Some think without special diet, counting calories and cutting down on sweets, other words making big sacrifices it’s not possible. When you will introduce several small adjustments in manner of nutrition and life style, you will be able to get to your target.  

Hopefully these little changes in your everyday routine will help:

-         Eat 5 times a day (yes just like a toddler’s diet). Usually it takes to break food a part 2 to 3 hours, so your hunger should be satisfied. Best time to have first meal is at 8 in the morning, that’s when your stomach will process food the quickest. Many doctors suggest that breakfast is one of more important time of a day for your body. With that said, try not to eat anything after 8 at night. Because by that time your organism is getting ready for a night, literally is falling asleep. J Instead of burn calories, it will exchange to fat.

-         Drink a lot of mineral water; it helps to speed up the process. Proper amount of drink per; day for man it should be 13 cups and women 9 cups. Best would be water, as it has zero calories, and contains necessary minerals: calcium and potassium, which will help with your digestion.  When to drink?  About 15-20 minutes before eating, it will lower your hunger. And try to avoid it during your meal and right after.

-         Another important rule is to never rush while eating. Don’t take big bites, eat slowly and small pieces. Your mind takes 20 minute to process the first bite. Under any circumstances don’t eat in front TV or while reading a paper, you will lose control over your portions.

-         Instead of salt use herbs. Salt detains water in tissues; it promotes swellings, weights of bodies’ growth. Herbal seasonings, especially spicy ones among others (chili, curry, pepper) they prompt digestive match, they facilitate deletion of excess of water from organism and they speed up incinerating of fat.

-         Don’t be afraid of vegetables, we want kids to eat them and we should too, give your precious ones an example.  They have little calories, but are rich with fiber. This adjusts digesting and makes your stomach feel full.  Vegetables also have lots of calcium, vitamin C and B. It helps with incinerating of fat. Feel free to add vegetables to every meal, also you can you use it as a snack. Don’t use creamy, heavy dressings. You can include your kids with you; make it as a ritual or a game. Pretend to be animals or just hungry for vegetable trolls.

-         Limit amount of fat. First of all, it is very caloric and it puts aside in organism very easily. Besides its slowing your digestion, that promotes more unnecessary fat. Try to cook dishes on steam or barbecue, avoid cream and try to remove fat from meats. Introduce to your diet red tea, it produces little absorption of fat, and getting rid of the organism. Try to drink twice a day, after lunch and dinner.

-         Don’t sit on a couch constantly. Every calorie you get rid of will make you feel better, and your body will pay you back later. Instead of taking elevator, hit the stairs.  Or you can try to use a computer, watch a movie or read a book on running equipment.
